For group trips and local trips/tours the following cancellation policy applies: If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
All bookings made on TripZapp are subject to availability and are valid for 24 hours from time of booking to payment confirmation and ticket issuance. etc.) for guaranteed automatic ticket issuance.
Passengers are hereby advised to make payment with their full names as it appears on their bookings/reservations notification.
During booking/reservation, passengers should ensure that the names on the booking or reservation are the same as they appear on the passport.
Flight tickets are non-refundable after 24hrs of ticketing.
There may be penalties and charges for no-show/cancellation/changes and revalidations of tickets purchased. The amount charged as penalty is subject to the refund policy by the operating airline and the class of the ticket. Please note: an additional service charge of $50 applies.
