Developed unique strategies and marketing techniques to position the Landmark Beach as the premiere beach destination in Lagos. We generated over 70% above the revenue target with over 250,000 visitors while implementing digital systems to reduce operational costs.

Re-imagined a vacant ocean facing property as a Vibrant Boutique Seafood Dining Experience and Beach Lounge and developed strategies that leverage its unique offering. We developed the brand image and design for the renovation and furnishing to reflect the brand.

Breathing new life into a non-vibrant building was the goal of this project. We renovated, fitted out and rebranded the property into a premium all inclusive boutique beach hotel while managing all operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. The 14 bedroom beach house is now one of the top beach getaway destinations in Lagos.
